Jeah, There's A Mini Ryan Lochte In The World Now
Some know Ryan Lochte as a decorated Olympian, others know him as the poster child for dumb Americans, but to his son, Caiden Zane Lochte, he’ll just be dad.
That’s right, the swimmer and his fiancée, Kayla Rae Reid, welcomed a baby boy on Thursday morning, Us Weekly exclusively reports. This is the couple’s first child together.
“Never seen a miracle happen before. Until this morning at 5:46 am when CAIDEN ZANE LOCHTE was born. 7 lbs 14oz, 22 inches. can’t stop crying from tears of joy. Dreams come true,” he wrote on Instagram, adding “I’m a daddy” in the caption.

Lochte and Reid, a former Playboy model, announced they were expecting back in December two months after getting engaged. The two first met last year after bumping into each other at a Hollywood club, and the rest was history.

“It’s another thing we have in common: We both want kids, we want to create a family of our own, and I think that’s something that’s really important to us as well,” Lochte told Us Weekly after the announcement.
And so they did.
