Japan spokesman: Sanctions on N Korea oil-trade an option

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said on Sunday that sanctions options against North Korea in the wake of that country's nuclear test include restrictions on oil-products trade.
