Jane Krakowski's baby boy is only 4 months old, but he's already winning over the cast of his mom's show, "30 Rock."

"He loved it," Jane, who plays attention-seeking actress Jenna Maroney on the NBC hit, told People of baby Bennett Robert's first visit to the set. "He had a great time meeting everybody -- he's a people person."

In addition to his mom's friendly disposition, it appears Bennett has also inherited another trait that runs in both his mother's and father Robert Godley's families.

"[His hair] was quite strawberry blonde when he was born, but it's gone more red now," Jane told the mag. "Both of our moms have red hair so we think he got that recessive gene!"

Jane has been nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on the Tina Fey-helmed series, and Jane said she's working hard to shed the leftover pregnancy pounds.

"Good old-fashioned hard work is the way I'm getting rid of the baby weight," she said. "I've been spinning a lot and working out with a personal trainer. I'm excited to get into my Emmy dress!"

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , Jane, 42, and her fiancé, Robert, welcomed baby Bennett on April 21.
