Live Like Jane Fonda In Her Beverly Hills Mansion
Update 08/24/17: Back in January, iconic actress Jane Fonda listed her impressive three-bedroom, five-bathroom Beverly Hills estate for $12.995 million. In March, she reduced the price to $11.5 million, and just recently cut it down even farther to $10 million.
Fonda purchased a stunning townhouse is L.A.'s Century City this past April for $5.45 million, after her split with music producer Richard Perry.

Fonda, who now stars in the Netflix series "Grace and Frankie," just listed her Beverly Hills mansion she has lived in with partner Richard Perry for $12.995 million, and it's the poster child house of wellness. The 7,100-square-foot home features canyon and ocean views, a meditation garden with a fountain and (of course) a gym, according to Coldwell Banker Previews International.
"Richard and I must have looked at more than 30 houses, and the day we pulled in through the gate, I took one look at this house and I knew, I just knew [it was the one]," says Fonda in a video released on the property (below).
The property embraces the concept of open living with vaulted ceilings and walls of glass, and even a glass elevator. A gourmet kitchen showcases verde quartz countertops, a breakfast bar and breakfast room and glass walls that open to a terrace. A media room features a full bar and cork floors.
Walk outside to a pavilion with a fire pit and take in the surrounding land and water views. The home is also eco-friendly, with a solar heated pool, photovoltaic electric panels, bamboo floors and thermal glass, double glazed UV windows with motorized shades.
