The two-minute clip kicks off with Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) opening the door to her apartment, only to find a bouquet of white roses in her home. The flowers are accompanied by a note written by Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan). When the “Fifty Shades of Grey” sequel opens, Christian and Anastasia are broken up, but he will do everything in his power to win the latter back.

A second scene features Anastasia bumping into Christian at an art gallery. The latter approaches her and invites her out to dinner. At first, Anastasia is hesitant to accept the invitation, but she later agrees and tells Christian that she's only accepting his invitation because she is hungry. The following scenes then show Anastasia and her best friend, Katherine Kavanagh (Eloise Mumford), talking about Christian. Anastasia tells her that Christian has changed a lot over the past couple of months.

Unfortunately, Christian and Anastasia’s happy and peaceful time together won’t last very long with the arrival of at least three people from the former’s past. Leila Williams (Bella Heathcote), is Christian’s former submissive. She returns to try and reunite with Christian, but she becomes pissed when she finds out that he’s moved on with Anastasia. Mrs. Robinson (Kim Basinger) is the elderly woman who introduced Christian into the world of BDSM. She questions Anastasia’s real motives. Meanwhile, Jack Hyde (Eric Johnson) will act as Anastasia’s boss, but it will soon be revealed that he is Christian’s biggest nemesis.

“Fifty Shades Darker” is slated for release in the United States on Feb. 10.
