Actor James Franco has listed his 5,215-square-foot Los Angeles home for sale for $6.25 million.

The Spanish-style villa was originally built in 1923. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and sits across the street from Chateau Marmont, a legendary hotel frequented by celebrities, according to the listing by The Agency .
The backyard has a pool that's walled in for privacy.
And there's an outdoor lounging area with a fire pit.
The kitchen opens up to the dining room.
The living room has a fireplace, as well as details like the original ceiling beams.
The master bedroom opens to the master bath...
...which features a large stone tub.
There is also a walk-in closet.
The house's indoor gym has sliding glass walls to an outdoor area.
The home looks over West Hollywood and the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.
Franco bought the property in 2006 and lived there for four years, selling it for $3.3 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
