James Corden’s parents hilariously crash the Grammys backstage

While James Corden was busy hosting the Grammys, his sweet ol’ parents were wreaking havoc backstage. Corden has brought the ‘rents to several awards shows and special events, but the very delightful and very British couple were able to showcase their love of music.

His father, Malcolm, treated Bono and the Edge from U2 to a private saxophone serenade that he joked was a warm up to a seven-minute song.

Malcolm and Margaret Corden then took to the red carpet to welcome and interview artists, but they got a very warm welcome from artists like Sting and Logic. John Legend and Chrissy Teigen made a beeline for the couple. Legend was so welcoming to Margaret Corden that Teigen told Malcolm Corden, “I think he’s hitting on your wife.”

They also laid down a beatbox for Common to freestyle over and sang “Happy Birthday” to Rick Ross.
