LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police in Las Vegas are releasing jail booking photos and a YouTube video of the suspect returned to Nevada to face felony charges in a Strip shooting and fiery crash that killed three people.

Ammar Harris is seen in shackles and ducks his face beneath the collar of his sweatshirt in one photo taken during intake early Tuesday at the Clark County jail, under tight security.

A police spokesman says the images were published so the world can see every step taken toward justice in the high-profile case.

Harris is due in court for an initial appearance Wednesday on charges that he shot the driver of a Maserati sports car early Feb. 21 before it slammed into a taxi that burst into flames.
