Heilig, Eugene Aryeh, 18, Ponte Vedra. Charge: Cruelty toward child without great bodily harm. (SJCSO)

UPDATE: The charge against Eugene Aryeh Heilig was reduced to disorderly conduct. The disorderly conduct charge was dismissed at the request of the State’s Attorney (nolle prosequi) on October 24, 2016. On February 1, 2018, the record of this arrest was expunged.
