Jackson police: One person fatally shot on South McRaven Road

Jackson police are investigating a Tuesday afternoon murder that left one individual dead.
Public Information Officer Tommie Brown said in a press release that the unidentified victim was shot in the 4700 block of South McRaven Road.
The victim died at the scene.
