Jack Henry & Associates increases quarterly dividend by 13 percent to 13 cents per share
MONETT, Mo. (AP) -- Jack Henry & Associates Inc. is raising its quarterly dividend by 13 percent to 13 cents per share.
The provider of payment processing services and computer systems said Monday that the dividend will be paid on March 12 to shareholders of record on Feb. 26.
The company had about 86.4 million outstanding shares as of Feb. 5.
Shares of Jack Henry & Associates, which is based in Monett, Mo., shed 27 cents to $43.55 in morning trading. They have traded in a 52-week range of $32.17 to $44.32.
