LONDON — J. K. Rowling certainly knows the perfect words for a situation when she sees them.

The prolific Harry Potter author tweeted her tribute to Muhammad Ali, the legendary boxer who passed away Friday. She let the greatness of Ali's words speak for themselves.

The image was being shared on Reddit on Saturday, and user Go_Habs_Go31 said it was an excerpt from Ali's 2004 memoir, The Soul of a Butterfly. (You can see the page in Google Books here.)

Ali said:

All of the tributes to him really couldn't say it much better than that.

Shortly after posting that tribute Rowling retweeted some tweets calling out Donald Trump for hypocrisy over what he said about Ali's death.

We can always count on J.K. Rowling for word artistry and social commentary.

Muhammad Ali was admitted to a Phoenix-area hospital Thursday with respiratory issues and he passed away Friday evening. Reports emerged Friday that Ali's condition was serious enough to draw family members to his bedside.
