Ivory Coast minister trapped in house after rogue soldiers open fire

ABIDJAN (Reuters) - Mutinying soldiers in Ivory Coast's second largest city, Bouake, opened fire on a local official's house late on Saturday shortly after the defense minister appeared to have brokered a deal there to end a two-day revolt, a Reuters witness said. Defence Minister Alain-Richard Donwahi was trapped inside by the shooting, unable to head back to Abidjan, he said. (Reporting by Ange Aboa; Writing by Joe Bavier; Editing by Tim Cocks)
