Issa Not Dropping Fast and Furious

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa announced on Twitter late Sunday that he plans to file charges against Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday.

Issa, R-Calif., has jostled with Holder and the Justice Department over documents related to the "Fast and Furious" gun-walking operation.

Earlier this summer, the House voted to hold Holder in contempt of Congress for not turning over subpoenaed documents. The Obama administration cited executive privilege in refusal to fully comply with Issa's committee's subpoenas.

Issa had previously indicated his intent to file a civil case against Holder.
