Get involved with Abilene Gives 2024 at T & P Depot!
ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – For Abilene Gives next Tuesday, we’ve paired with Bahama Buck’s at the T&P Depot for an evening of treats and activities!
Each year, the Community Foundation of Abilene (CFA) organizes a massive day of giving for Abilene area organizations. For the eighth year in a row, you’re encouraged to learn about the 170+ local nonprofits and what they offer to help the community, and to open your hearts and pocketbooks to keep their missions going.
Abilene Gives opens 2024 donations with early online donor portal
This year’s fundraisers include nonprofits like GirlStrong Mentoring Program, National Center for Children’s Illustrated Literature, Abilene’s Gentle Rescuers Organization, and many more.
In the spirit of giving, we invite you to the T&P Depot – 1101 North 1st Street – for free hot dogs and Bahama Bucks while supplies last. There will also be music, storybook characters, and free arts and crafts projects.
Like last year, this year’s Abilene Gives will be shortened into a 12-hour period of giving instead of 24. Online donations to the organizations of your choosing are open now.
