Invictus brings over 100 cybersecurity jobs to Springs

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Invictus International Consulting, a Veteran-owned cybersecurity and technology integrator, has chosen Colorado Springs for expansion, announced Governor Polis and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). Invictus will provide cybersecurity and Internet Service Provider (ISP) engineering and operations support for government agencies, defense organizations, and private sector clients.

Invictus is a frontrunner in comprehensive cyber technology, infrastructure, and communications modernization solutions crafted to safeguard the security of the U.S. global defense I.T. infrastructure. It emphasizes delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity, technology, and intelligence solutions to bolster the nation’s security framework.

The company looks forward to creating new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and investment in Colorado Springs. Jim Kelly, CEO of Invictus said, “We are excited to establish a presence in Colorado Springs, a city deeply rooted in military heritage and innovation. They expect to create 130 new jobs in the city, at an average annual wage of $168,923, which is 280% of the average annual wage in El Paso County. The roles will include positions such as administrators, analysts, engineers, managers, and technicians.

Invictus considered Reston, Virginia, and San Antonio, Texas before deciding on Colorado Springs for their expansion. The company currently has 300 employees, 65 of whom live in Colorado.
