The internet has spoken, Macron has better English than Trump

Emmanuel Macron has poured scorn on Donald Trump after he announced his decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement.

Delivering a speech in English, France's President played on Trump's MAGA slogan, prompting people to hail his English-speaking ability as "better" than Trump's. Ouch.

"I call on you to remain confident. We will succeed because we are fully committed. Because wherever we live, whoever we are, we all share the same responsibility, make our planet great again," Macron said. 

Macron later turned his bastardisation of Trump's beloved slogan into a rather beautiful meme, which has since gone viral on Twitter:

Macron's eloquent speech prompted people to take to Twitter in droves to hail his proficiency in the English language as superior to that of Donald Trump. Oh, snap!
