The internet is furious over Trump's latest comment about North Korean leader Kim Jong Un

President Donald Trump “unannounced” interview with Fox News on the White House front lawn this morning has left the internet shocked.

While speaking with the network, Trump praised North Korean leader Kim Jong Un – as he’s done multiple times – saying he believed it possible for Kim to visit the Washington.

He added, “He’s the head of a country, I mean, he’s the stronghold, don’t let anyone think anything different. He speaks and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same.”

The clip quickly became viral on Twitter, with many people offended by Trump’s words. Users compared the president to a dictator.

Later, again talking to reporters at the White House, Trump brushed off his “my people” comment. When asked to clarify, the president waved his hand. “I’m kidding. You don’t understand sarcasm.”
