The Range Rover Sport Supercharged has an attractive, well-equipped cabin, but the interior fittings don't feel any more special than those found in the V-6–powered Range Rover Sports.

What’s New for 2018?

Land Rover has changed very little inside the Range Rover Sport Supercharged for 2018; it's still luxurious and well equipped. What is new, however, is the addition of Jaguar Land Rover's InControl Touch Pro Duo infotainment system, which adds a second, reconfigurable screen that supplements the 10.2-inch infotainment display higher up on the dashboard. From this secondary screen users can select climate-control functions, turn on the heated and cooled front seats, and change the Range Rover Sport Supercharged's driving-mode settings. Also new is a gesture-controlled sunroof shade that allows users to wave their hand to open and close the power-operated fabric blind.

Blind Spots, Visibility, and Obscured Roadway

Roof pillars protect occupants in a rollover crash, but they also create blind spots. We determine visibility by measuring the location and width of each pillar using an H-Point Machine and a laser beam (surrogates for a driver and eyeball, respectively). Front and rear visibility are calculated by subtracting the viewable area blocked by the pillars from a perfect 180-degree score.

Other than the new infotainment system, the cabin of the 2018 model is the same as the previous year's. For more information on the interior, read our in-depth review of the 2017 Range Rover Sport Supercharged.
