Indicted: Abilene man accused of killing ex-wife, injuring her sister

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – An Abilene man accused of killing his ex-wife and injuring her sister has been indicted.

Floyd Hardison was indicted for Murder and Aggravated Assault in connection to the incident, which took place at a home on the 4300 block of Mary Lou Lane in March 2024.

Police say officers arrived at the home following a report of a shooting and found Denise Gray, 66, deceased from a gunshot wound. Gray’s sister had also been shot but was alive and transported to the hospital, where she did receive treatment.

No further information, including the possible motive for this incident, has been released.

Live Nation confirmed the data breach in a filing with government regulators late on Friday after the markets closed.
