Indiana Dept. of Homeland Security talks plan for state agencies, local governments in preparation for Solar Eclipse, April 8

The total solar eclipse is now two weeks away. Roughly 3.5 million Hoosiers live in the path of totality, and hundreds of thousands of other people are expected to drive to Indiana to see the rare celestial event. So is the state ready for the overwhelming crowds? Mary Moran, the director of Emergency Management and Preparedness for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, joined FOX59 this morning to explain What they're doing to make sure this a safe celebration.
