Increasing clouds and spotty showers for Mother’s Day

Increasing clouds and spotty showers for Mother’s Day

What We’re Tracking

  • Clouds build in

  • Rain returns Sunday

  • Off and on showers next week

We’re starting off with clear skies this Sunday morning. Temperatures are fairly mild in the 50s and a few areas are still holding on to some 60s!

Cloud cover builds in for Mother’s Day with a chance for periodic showers and possibly a thunderstorm or two. We don’t expect strong to severe storms, but a few passing showers may alter your plans for the day. Highs will top out in the middle to upper 70s.

Chances for rain return on Monday and look to be more widespread across the area. We see yet another active weather pattern again as another system brings in scattered showers for Wednesday and Thursday. Overall, the temperatures will be mild with highs in the 70s for most of next week.
