Inaugural Eid Carnival in Manchester draws nearly 20,000 visitors

Muslims across the globe recently marked the end of the holy month of Ramadan with Eid al-Fitr celebrations.

In the St. Louis area, those celebrations came in the form of a first-of-its-kind event: an Eid carnival. Nearly 20,000 visitors took part in the two-day event at Schroeder Park in Manchester.

FOX 2’s Jasmine Huda spoke with the organizers about the special event.

Engineers Adam Keating and Jeremy Andrews were tired of using spreadsheets and screenshots to collab with teammates — so they launched a startup, Colab, to build a better way.
