IMAX movie theater is underway in the City of Merced
MERCED, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An IMAX movie theater project is in the works in the City of Merced.
City officials say the project will renovate the existing facility at 402. W. Main Street into a transformative 4,053 square-foot IMAX theater.
“This project will enhance our city’s entertainment landscape and align with our vision for Merced as a hub for dynamic and diverse cultural experiences. It is a meaningful investment in bringing our community together,” said Matthew Serratto, Mayor of the City of Merced.
The City of Merced officials say the city looks forward to continuing the collaboration with the community as they work together to create vibrant and enriched entertainment experiences.
