I’m A Celebrity: Tony Hadley Becomes The Latest Campmate To Leave The Jungle

Sad news for Spandau Ballet enthusiasts the world over this morning – after Lady C superfan Tony Hadley made a shock exit from the ‘I’m A Celebrity’ jungle last night.

We can only assume Lady Colin Campbell is cackling away with glee right about now.

The 'Reborn In The USA’ alumnus told Ant and Dec that despite all the apparent class war that went on during his time Down Under, he actually looked back on his time there with fondness, but that he was looking forward to seeing his family:

“It was a great experience, it was amazing… I’ve had a laugh, it’s been very funny – but I’m glad I get to see my family.”

Speaking about his now infamous clashes with Jamaica’s finest export, Lady Colin, Tony seemed pretty chilled about the whole affair – but admitted that he had felt 'humiliated’ by the former socialite:

"It had nothing to do with who it was. It was just - I don’t wear bell boy hats. I just felt that was one step too far; it was a bit too humiliating.

"I mean, you could say all of the trials are humiliating, but I think they’re challenging and they’re testing at a mental level.

"But putting a bell boy hat on and serving someone until whatever time in the morning… that wasn’t my style. But it made really good television, actually.”

It sure did – and whatever Lady C says, just remember Tony that you.. are…
GOLD!

(Soz, couldn’t resist).
