LONDON — It's a buyer's market right now for Harry Potter fans looking to purchase a home with magical significance. 

The house used to depict 4 Privet Drive in the film series is up for sale, as well as the home used to film scenes from the Granger homestead. 

But if neither place suits your style, you're in luck: another noteworthy house in Harry Potter lore has become available.

Barely a week after the news broke that the house used to depict the childhood home of his fictional counterpart had gone on the market, actor Daniel Radcliffe's real life childhood home has also been put up for sale — but it will cost you nearly £1 million ($1.3 million) more.
