Idris Elba has been training hard for his upcoming kickboxing fight — and he isn’t shy about showing off his new, more buff bod.

The Thor: Ragnarok star shared a post-workout selfie to Instagram on Monday. He flexed his strong, sweaty bicep as he posed in nothing but a pair of underwear.

Cutting weight, two days before first fight, mind in the right place. Fear NO guy.

“Cutting weight, two days before first fight, mind in the right place. Fear NO guy,” Elba, 43, captioned the post.

The actor announced today that an upcoming documentary, Idris Elba: Fighter, will follow a year in his kickboxing training journey across Britain, Cuba, Japan, South Africa and Thailand. He recently told People that he is stepping up his workouts as he prepares for his first semiprofessional fight. His exercise routine includes kickboxing, fight training — and uploading steamy, shirtless Instagram videos, of course.

Two weeks left. For my Chuuus.

Elba even had a chance to test his chops while filming The Dark Tower in South Africa earlier this year. When he wasn’t on set alongside Matthew McConaughey, Elba spent some of his downtime at the Top Primate Academy professional gym, where he joined regional fighters in the ring.

“He’s very fit, his technique is good, he obviously has experience,” South African trainer Rowan Katzew told the Mirror. “For a guy of 43, he was on top form.”

Katzew said Elba easily kept up with the pros. But if there’s any lingering doubt about Elba’s skills, just ask Chris Pine. ”Chris Pine and I actually got a little too physical [while filming Star Trek Beyond] and he ended up with a black eye — which ended up in the movie, by the way!” Elba told People at the film’s Comic-Con premiere.

Keep it up, Idris! The hard work is clearly paying off.
