Idris Elba Plays With Fire By ‘Flirting With Michael Fassbender’s Girlfriend’
He’s one of Britain’s most eligible bachelors after splitting from the mother of his baby.
But, given the intense onscreen characters he plays, messing about with Michael Fassbender’s girlfriend isn’t advisable.
Idris Elba, 43, told today’s The Sun newspaper he was at the Baftas with one intention – “to party”.
As he drowned his sorrows after missing out on the Supporting Actor award for his turn in Beasts Of No Nation he started his night of partying by spending five hours schmoozing with five female film executives.
He also chatted to comic Rebel Wilson after the comic gushed about the actor while presenting an award.
Idris may have taken his flirting close to the bone with a playful hug with Danish Girl actress Alicia Vikander.

The 27-year-old was at the event and official Bafta dinner at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel with boyfriend Michael, 38.
When the couple briefly parted Idris had a lively chat with Alicia while stroking her back.
She may have been seeking comfort after Michael refused to kiss her during the ‘kisscam’ segment of Sunday’s Baftas show.
The moment was so cringeworthy the BBC cut it from its TV screening of the event.
Michael laughs off kiss cam suggestion
Alicia later said they didn’t kiss at the Valentine’s Day event because every day should be like February 14 for the couple.
The Sun reported Leonardo DiCaprio was heard telling friends about the snub: “They’re together. But Michael was saying, ‘My thing with this girl is not for the world’.”
Mark Ruffalo disagreed with Michael’s stance, saying: “That girl wanted to be kissed. What’s his problem?”
