On Married at First Sight, Cody was trying to smooth-talk his way out of a still-sexless marriage with his wife, Danielle. After they went for a run, he said, “I think it’s cool just to see, like, you in your element. I think it just helps us get to know each other more, and I think it brings out some type of intimacy. Like, I’m ready to go have sex right now.” Danielle replied, “I don’t know if I’m quite there.”
Eager beaver Cody needed to put all that pent-up sexual frustration somewhere, so let’s just say the five-digit disco music was at full blast when Danielle walked in on him sharing a quiet moment with … himself.
Danielle seemed pleased to have caught him in the act. Videoing Cody, who was lying in bed, she said, “I’m gonna use zoom on this for dramatic effect. Look at that — he’s so coy.” Cody said, “I’m getting to know myself a little bit better through this process.”
And while Cody learned a bit more about his own body, he has still not learned much about Danielle’s. “Me and Danielle aren’t having sex, so, you know, I gotta take care of my needs as a husband,” he said.
