Over the course of the investigation, detectives said they identified the victim’s husband, David, as the primary suspect.

According to investigators, after one year of separation, David allegedly began stalking Lisa and would show up at her place of employment.

David also allegedly sent Lisa a bouquet of flowers containing lilies, to which she was highly allergic to. Detectives recovered a tracking device from Lisa’s vehicle, which has also been linked to David, according to TPSO officials.

David was taken into custody, where he was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail for second-degree murder and obstruction of justice.
