Hunter High School evacuated after bomb threats, police investigating

Update, 4:47 p.m.: The district said the building has been cleared without incident.


ORIGINAL STORY: WEST VALLY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Hunter High School was evacuated Wednesday after receiving bomb threats.

The Granite School District said the threat came after school ended but still evacuated the campus as a “handful of students” remained.

The building is currently being swept, and the school district said they do not expect the threat to disrupt operations.

Additionally, the district said that law enforcement feels that it is non-credible or a hoax.
