Human remains believed to be decades old found at residence on Patterson Ave SW

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)— The Roanoke Police Department reports human remains were found at a home on Patterson Ave SW.

According to the police department, officers responded to a home on Monday, April 1 regarding found human remains. The remains were later confirmed to be human by the department’s Medical Examiner.

Woman pleads guilty to embezzling over $300K from law firm in Roanoke

Police say the medical examiner believes the remains appear to be decades old, however, they were not able to get an exact estimate without further testing.
