Ryan and McCarthy had the same response...
Ask Trump how he'd feel about violence against Liz Warren; it would sum up the republicans attitude about beating women in general.
Why does this Act have to be continually be "re-authorized?" Make it law!
They have to publicly shame Ryan before he will act on bipartisan legislation. The GOP can't govern.
10 to 1 says he won't do it. He does so little, it seems a pretty safe bet.
Why do you need to revisit the law. Did you think you would not need it in the future?
He's on his way out. He voted for the huge tax scam bill, and I'm sure the 1% put enough money in his pockets that he just doesn't care (as if he ever did).
Says a lot about the Trump Party that domestic violence is not a concern to most of them.
the gop congress cravenly awaits its own chances to fellate vladdy and seek russian/soviet favors and monies and further instructions
but will Trump agree ?
Why do they keep needed to reauthorize this? Make it LAW.
Republicans favor violence against women (and pretty much everyone else). Wife-beaters are good people too.
