Houma man accused of molesting juvenile

HOUMA, La. (WGNO) — A Houma man, who is accused of molesting a juvenile, has been arrested.
According to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a home on Anaheim Drive back in January. A family member reported that the child, who is under the age of 14, had been sexually abused.

Throughout the investigation, TPSO detectives learned further details of the alleged abuse and identified the suspect as 32-year-old Saquan Nixon.
After a victim interview and an investigation from the TPSO Special Victim’s Unit, Nixon was found and taken into custody for questioning.
He was later arrested and faces charges of molestation of a juvenile.
