Hot Wheels Monster Truck Live Glow Party returns to Mechanics Bank Aug. 17

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Hot Wheels Monster Truck Live Glow Party tour is set to return to the Mechanics Bank Arena for a three-show temporary residency in August.

Organizers said audiences will have the chance to watch their favorite Hot Wheels monster trucks in the dark. Some of the trucks you can look forward to seeing in August include: Mega Wrex, Tiger Shark, Bigfoot and HW 5-Alarm — the firetruck hero of Hot Wheels Monster Trucks.

The show also features a dance party, toy giveaways, a transforming robot and the live freestyle Motocross team. Tickets are available on hotwheelsmonstertruckslive.com. Tickets are also available for the Power Smashers pre-show held two-and-half hours before show time.

Power Smasher tickets will give participants access to the competition floor, an up and close look at the monster trucks, autograph signings from drivers and performers.
