Hot here and watching Hurricane Fiona
Hurricane Fiona has 85 mph winds as it approaches the Dominican Republic. It may get a little stronger before it moves onshore. Winds are 85 mph. Moving WNW 10 mph. Hurricane force winds extend out 30 miles from the center. it is forecast to be a Cat 2 hurricane near the Turks and Caicos, Cat 3 to the East of the Bahamas and a Cat 3 near Bermuda. Hot weather forecast for the last days of Summer. Highs will be in the low to mid 90s. Isolated shower or storm is possible. Fall arrives Thursday. The record high is 95, and we may hit it.
