We Want Everything from Hood by Air’s ‘Empire’-Themed Collection

Fox’s primetime drama Empire is a runaway hit that has designers clamoring to get their clothes on the show’s extremely stylish characters. But the folks at Hood by Air are taking the Empire obsession a step further with the release of an entire collection branded under the show’s name.

And yup – the range is epic. Creative director Shayne Oliver has channeled his devotion to Empire, blessing us with a collection that will absolutely delight any fan of the show. There are t-shirts and sweatshirts bearing the likenesses of the show’s colorful characters, our favorite being this sweatshirt boasting Hakeem Lyons’ ex-girlfriend, Camilla Marks, played by Naomi Campbell. You’ll also find accessories like keychains and a backpack in the shape of a pillow – you know, like the one Cookie Lyon used when she tried to suffocate Lucious after she found out he murdered her cousin Bunkie. There are shorts, mesh maxi dresses, tanks, bodysuits, hoodies and more to choose from, most importantly a champagne glass, which is perfect as bubbly is the appropriate beverage to enjoy while watching the show.

“Since the first episode, Wednesday nights have become a tradition for my friends and I. We know every look, scene and catchphrase by heart,“Shayne Oliver said. "When putting this collection together I wanted to shine a spotlight on the characters we loved (and hated) most as well as the moments immortalized in memes that keep us cracking up all day!”
