Police: Argument led to deadly shooting in downtown Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — One man is dead and police are looking for two suspects following a deadly shooting in downtown Las Vegas.
Las Vegas Metropolitan police said the shooting happened Wednesday around 1 a.m. in the 300 block of N. Las Vegas Boulevard near Stewart Avenue.
Police said the investigation indicates the victim was involved in an argument with two men before he was shot. Both suspects fled on foot from the area before officers arrived.
The Clark County coroner’s office will release the victim’s name after the family is notified.
The homicide investigation resulted in the complete closure of Las Vegas Boulevard from Stewart Avenue to U.S. 95 for a few hours.
