Homeland Security raids sports memorabilia stores

Homeland Security is investigating sports memorabilia stores at both the Viewmont Mall and the Wyoming Valley mall, officials say.

Jason Koontz, spokesperson for Homeland Security, said investigators raided and removed items from stores on Wednesday.

A Viewmont Mall spokesperson identified the store as Sports Fever. There is also a Sports Fever in the Wyoming Valley Mall, but it's unclear if that was the store raided there.

The matter is under investigation, Koontz said.
