Hillary Clinton prepared for Donald Trump's debate stalking — with a fake Trump
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited The View on Wednesday and revealed that she actually prepared for Donald Trump’s creepy lurking during the debates. Clinton had an extensive playbook that spanned the issues. However, she also had to be ready for Trump’s demeanor during the debates.
She explained, “The young man who played Trump practiced stalking me. Stalking me and saying really nasty things to me.”
The odd moment was parodied many times over. Saturday Night Live famously added the Jaws theme while Alec Baldwin dressed as Trump crept up to Hillary Clinton.
To help ease Clinton’s fear of people lurking behind her, The View gave her a sweater with the words “Back Up” emblazoned on the back.
