Zach Galifianakis uncomfortably questions Hillary Clinton in incredible ‘Between Two Ferns’ video

Comedian Zach Galifianakis asked Hillary Clinton a series of awkward and inappropriate questions in a “Between Two Ferns” video released Thursday.

Among other things, Galifianakis suggested that Clinton, a former secretary of state, had fetched coffee for President Obama.

“As secretary, how many words per minute could you type? And how does President Obama like his coffee? Like himself, weak?” he asked on his show, which is meant to mock celebrity interviews and is published by the comedy website Funny or Die.

He quickly followed up with: “What happens if you become pregnant? Are we going to be stuck with Tim Kaine for nine months? How does this work?”

Among other things, Galifianakis made separate references to Donald Trump’s bowels and the “a**hole” of a cow, ran a Trump TV ad in the middle of the show, asked Clinton to crack a joke about the rap group Naughty by Nature and claimed that the Democratic nominee said before the interview that she “wanted to take everyone’s guns.”

“I’d love to meet the person who makes your pantsuits,” the comedian said at another point. After Clinton expressed surprise, he added: “Yeah, because for Halloween, I wanted to go as a librarian from outer space.”

For her part, Clinton didn’t entertain Galifianakis’ jabs with much humor of her own. Her most notable comment came when discussing what Trump might be wearing at next Monday’s presidential debate.

“I assume that he’ll wear that red power tie,” she said.

“Or maybe like a white-power tie,” Galifianakis cracked.

“That’s even more appropriate,” she offered.

The faux interview ended with one final, uncomfortable question, which referenced the email scandal that has long dogged Clinton’s campaign. “What’s the best way to reach you, email?” Galifianakis asked. He was met with silence.

Obama famously appeared on “Between Two Ferns” in 2014. Among other things, Galifianakis asked him, “What’s it like to be the last black president?”

The president appeared on the show in order to encourage young people to sign up for health care. Clinton likely had the same demographic in mind, as her campaign has recently been focused on reaching out to millennial voters.
