Hilaria Baldwin Shares Underwear Selfie 24 Hours After Giving Birth

Hilaria Baldwin welcomed her third child with husband Alec Baldwin on Monday, and the 32-year-old yoga guru has been quick to show off her post-pregnancy body in an effort to “promote healthy self esteem.” She captured her postpartum belly on Instagram just 24 hours after giving birth to her son, Leonardo Ángel Charles Baldwin.
“It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem,” Hilaria said in a message to her 184,000 followers.
This isn’t the first time Hilaria has documented her post-baby journey on Instagram. The co-founder of New York’s Yoga Vida shared a similar photo after the birth of her second child, Rafael Thomas, in 2015. And she’s hoping other new mothers out there will get on board with her healthy outlook.
“Many of you know that I love to show the process of life’s experiences on the body and I am a firm believer in how a good diet and the right balance of exercise make us happy, healthy, and strong,” she wrote. “So from here on, I want to dedicate the majority of my#366daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm daily posts to getting back in shape and I invite you to do it with me.”
