HGTV-designed $3M ‘spa house’ for sale in Heron Lake

DENVER (KDVR) – One home’s unobstructed view of the Rocky Mountains is going for millions, but that’s just one of the luxury details you might recognize if you watched season four of HGTV’s “Rock the Block.”

At the end of the cul-de-sac in the Heron Lakes community, you’ll find the home that was designed by Bryan and Sarah Baeumler of “Renovation Island.”

The house is right next to water and there’s a dining room view of Longs Peak and Mount Meeker. The show named this house the “Best Exterior” in the season, but there’s more inside.

The home was built in 2022 as part of Heron Lakes at TPC Colorado community – a community with a resort-style pool, fitness center, two restaurants, grand clubhouse, miles of trails and three reservoirs with a private lake club.

While the house lies among luxury amenities, it also has an oasis of its own. The basement includes a full spa with a massage room, fitness room, sauna and chromotherapy infinity tub.

The furniture comes with the sale, but the home comes with a cost.

The house is on the market for $3,300,000 with four bedrooms and seven baths.
