Blizzard has revealed more details for its upcoming Heroes of the Storm 2nd anniversary event. The event will starts today and features game updates, giveaways, and content.

Once the event starts, players can play one game to be rewarded with one Common Loot Chest. This reward can be redeemed once per day. Players can also play three games to earn an Anniversary Portrait, spray, and banner. These anniversary items will be exclusive to the event, and will not be available for Shard crafting. Games can be vs. AI, Quick Match, Unranked, or Ranked.

Blizzard will also be hosting an anniversary stream on June 5 at 10:00AM PDT. The stream will feature “the newest Hero to enter the Nexus” (unless it’s a new reveal, this would be D.Va) and will be available to watch on the Blizzard Heroes of the Storm Twitch Channel.

To celebrate the anniversary, Blizzard has also released the Heroes of the Storm soundtrack on iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, and “more.”

The Heroes of the Storm anniversary event will conclude on June 12.

Heroes of the Storm was first released in June 2 for PC. The game was recently overhauled in an update that brought it to version 2.0, and last week Blizzard added popular Overwatch hero D.Va to the HOTS roster.
