The extraordinary post-baseball life of Alex Rodriguez just keeps getting more extraordinary.

As you might recall from last weekend, A-Rod and his current lady friend Jennifer Lopez put out a workout-highlight video on social media, set to Bon Jovi. We had some questions about it, not the least of which is whether this is a new business interest of A-Rod Corp.

Well, A-Rod and J. Lo are back with a new workout video and this time it features a J. Lo dance break and it culminates with A-Rod doing push-ups with J. Lo lying on his back. Tough life this A-Rod guy has.
