Here's the President's Personal Beer Recipe

After the petitions and the Freedom of Information requests, and a bit of a wait, the White House finally released their official beer recipe. Drink up, home brewers.

In the official blog post, they explain President Obama bought a home brew kit for the kitchen last year. They got tips from local brewers and some White House staff who do their own batches at home before finally settling on their own recipe. They released the recipes for the Honey Porter and the Honey Ale, and they admit there's an official White House Honey Blonde but the recipe is no where to be found. Free the Honey Blonde, too!

The reason honey is used in every recipe is because they're using honey taken from the official White House beehive on the South Lawn, also an Obama addition.
