Here’s How You Can Make The Perfect Chocolate Cake With TWO Ingredients

By Angel Chang, writer at LittleThings.com

Sometimes, the most surprising kitchenware can be just the thing for baking.

Take the coffee mug, for example. In recent years, many people have started to use the little cup to cook up deliciously classic meals, including this terrific three-ingredient meat loaf in a mug.

But there are certainly other concoctions you can whip up in these handy mugs. So we thought: why not try to make desserts in our mugs?

In an exclusive video, we show you how to easily make one of our favorite desserts: chocolate cake in a mug. For this recipe, you’ll only need two ingredients: chocolate ice cream and self-rising flour.

First, scoop the ice cream into a mug. About half a pint works well. Next, sprinkle in about 1/3 cup of flour and stir well. Then, microwave the mixture for one minute on high heat.

Let the cake cool for a couple of minutes, and dig in! Feel free to decorate the cake with any toppings your heart desires.
