Heartstopper season 3 confirms release window with on-set video

Heartstopper has confirmed a release window for season 3 in a new on-set video.

The hit Netflix series wrapped production on its upcoming set of episodes back in December, and now the streamer has announced that fans will get to see them this October.

Sharing the news on X/Twitter, Netflix also shared a behind-the-scenes featurette from filming in a fairground setting, which begins with main stars Kit Connor (Nick Nelson) and Joe Locke (Charlie Spring).

He later reveals: "The tension is high. It's like sexual tension, love, we're all there."

Creator Alice Oseman previously teased what to expect from season 3 as filming wrapped last year.

"Season 3 takes Heartstopper into uncharted territory and it presented a range of new challenges for our cast and crew, but everyone did the most incredible job and I am so excited to share what we’ve all been working on," she said.

This week, Oseman also confirmed that she was working on the sixth and final graphic novel in the Heartstopper series, which the show is based on.

Heartstopper seasons 1-2 are streaming on Netflix. Season 3 will be released in October.
