There's a lot of talk about this or that celebrity being relationship #goals or parenting #goals or whatever. But Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson took "goals" to a whole new level when he posted a literal list of his own goals for his baby daughter Jasmine on Instagram.

The Fate of the Furious actor shared a photo of himself sitting next to Jazzy, with his arm around the 16-month-old he fathered with his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian. "There are mornings in life where there are no words.. this is not one of those mornings," he captioned the photo. "Jazzy, let daddy tell you his goals."

He went on to list out his hopes for his daughter as she grows. What's great about his list is that they're all goals very specifically geared towards feminist parenting and raising a strong, independent young woman. Those goals include firm hand shakes and eye contact by 5 and being a literal ladyboss by 10. There's also a bit about 8-year-old future Jazzy driving daddy's pick-up truck, but I'm gonna go ahead and assume that's just a bit of humor (along with joking that their #DaddyDaughterMoment" was interrupted by Jazzy getting distracted by a bug) to lighten up on the sentimentality of the post.

This isn't the first time that The Rock has paid tribute to his baby daughter and showed off her cuteness (those eyes!!) on Instagram. Back in December, he shared a sweet video of himself singing happy birthday to her and teaching her to clap for him on cue.

In March, The Rock shared a photo collage (including Jazzy, Hashian, his mother, and his 15-year-old daughter Simone Alexandra) in honor of International Women's Day, celebrating the women in his life.

"I come from a family of beautiful, strong, diverse and intelligent women. They inspire and challenge me daily to become a better man, father and role model," the former wrestler wrote. "My love and respect for them is boundless. The world's a better place because of you and I'm a very grateful man to be by your sides."

Cue the waterworks. The Rock seems like an excellent dad and someone who's genuinely dedicated to uplifting women. Case in point: that time he convinced a little girl she was strong enough to pull a plane by herself.
