LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- HCP, a real estate investment trust which invests mostly in health care facilities, is raising its quarterly cash dividend by 5 percent to 52.5 cents, from 50 cents.
The Long Beach, Calif., company said Friday that the dividend will be paid on Feb. 19 to shareholders of record on Feb. 4.
Shares of HCP Inc. added 10 cents to $46.61 in morning trading.
